Shipping policy

After confirming your order, it will be promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

We are partnered with various shipping carriers, including Yunexpress, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and local couriers.

The current processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. As for standard shipping delivery, the estimated times are as follows:

  • North America: 4-8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
  • Oceania: 5-10 business days
  • Other countries: 5-15 business days

We are pleased to offer free international shipping on all purchases.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply wait for an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@groundingwell.com. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Missing items

In the event that you are missing items from your parcel, please contact us at support@groundingwell.com. It's possible that your order may have been split into multiple deliveries. If we determine that an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will promptly ship out the correct items using express international shipping to rectify the situation.
