I am so thrilled and buying this profuct I’ve been using since a month now how incredible and amazing results I’m getting for my arthritis pains abx aches on my knees . It’s going away without me using any cream or medication for my arthritis pains . I recommended this to my family and they have such amazing results too . They said grounding more . So glad I found out about these groundling sheets. I suffered from insomnia due to my menopause but not anymore. My sleep has improved greatly and I feel that I go into a deep and restful sleep. I purchased a groundingwell mat and have benefited a lot after experiencing it. I had a severe lower back pain and later developed nerve pain on my right leg which I learnt as sciatica pain. Sometimes this pain was unbearable. I have taken every remedy but never recovered until I found groundingwell mat. I use my groundingwell mat daily for 30 minutes each day. This pain which I sustained has been for 8 years. After using the groundingwell mat for 2 weeks I could feel the recovery and after 1 month I realized I have recovered from my pain. I play tennis regularly but for the duration of this pain I could not play much tennis. After realizing my recovery I started playing tennis regularly again. I started slow at the beginning but after experiencing no pain at all I started pushing myself more. Now I am enjoying my tennis regularly again and not having any more pain which means I have recovered totally. I can’t believe how effective this grounding sheet is!
I was skeptical at first, but I thought, “Why not give it a try?” And wow—it’s like magic!
I used to have trouble sleeping, but ever since I started using the grounding sheet, my sleep has improved dramatically. I’m now getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night.
As soon as I lie down, I fall asleep almost instantly!
I have also started using the grounding mat while working!
Boom!! Getting a longer sleep without waking using the fitted sheet. It has lowered the level of aches and pains in my lower back and legs and so doesn’t wake me as often during the night so allowing me to be able to sleep for 5-6 hours on the trot. Haven’t been able to do this for years. I do have osteoarthritis in my lower back, have a couple of munted knees and arthritis in an ankle and realise the sheet won’t fix the pain completely but it has lowered the pain threshold. My wife seems to be sleeping a lot better too.
At first, I was skeptical. Then, I decided to buy it and give the product a chance. Then I realized I had given myself the opportunity. Excellent product. I sleep again !
Got the bundle. Sleep quality got totally better. Wake up rested and have no more sleep interruptions. The sleep is profound which is very resting.

I bought two of the grounding mats. One for me and I gave one to a friend that’s recovering from knee surgery. I use mine daily after each work day. My cats enjoy it as well! My friend said she felt a difference in the first use. It helps so much with reducing inflammation and swelling! Incredible. It helps me relax as well.

I bought the mat and been using it for a month, both my boyfriend & I feel something different when we use it, both my cats love to stay on this mat. I placed my order for the 2 sheets few days ago, can't wait to use it while we are sleeping.

I haven’t been sleeping well until I saw an Instagram ad for this grounding mat. Out of curiosity, I bought one to try and found it really effective. I then bought a bed sheet and later a fitted sheet. Now, I go to bed earlier, and my sleep quality has improved a lot. I don’t have as many dreams, and I even bought one for a friend's birthday gift.

I had glucose which was 5.9 for many years after using the grounding mat for about a month my glucose is 108. This grounding mat is my best friend now.

What a wonderful piece of equipment. I felt the difference in my feet and legs the first time I used it. Its a daily (2x) routine.
I am so excited to tell you that this mat has done so much for me my pain on my hips have gone and l mean gone and my sleep has improved 100 %. l am so grateful for this sheets l have purchased more of then to keep on hand and gave one to my son who has long term covid affect because he couldn’t sleep well.
